Halloween ELA Printables and a {FREEBIE}

Hey y'all!  I am officially on Fall Break (don't hate me), so I have been working on a fun little product that will help lighten your load a bit as the students become super excited about the upcoming Halloween adventures!  I have created a set of Halloween-themed ELA Printables that are Common Core Aligned for Grades 1-3.  Click {HERE} or on the pictures below to check them out in my TPT store.

You can use these printables with any of your favorite Halloween-themed picture books.  They are very versatile.  You can use them as a quick formative assessment after reading aloud one of your favorite Halloween picture books.  You can also place them in a center and let the students complete them independently.  They can be used for homework, morning work, early finisher work, a time-filler, or even for a substitute teacher!  Lots of possibilities!  Check out all the contents below.

And finally.... I posted this FREEBIE a while ago and just haven't blogged about it yet.  I did, however, post it on my Facebook Fan Page and my Instagram account.  If you want up-to-date info on the latest products and FREEBIES from me, follow those two accounts.  I usually update those more frequently than my blog.... it's a time factor :)  Shame on me!

The FREEBIE is called You Be the Teacher and is a quick little page that integrates math computation and writing when learning about Addition and Subtraction with Regrouping.  I love it because it motivates the students to think about their mistakes in computation and explain their thought process in writing.  If you can use this FREEBIE, head on over and download it by clicking {HERE} or by clicking any of the pictures below.  All I ask is that you leave me some sweet feedback!  Thanks so much friends!  :)

I hope you enjoy!  Stop back by for more FREEBIES and fun!  :)
